At the age of 10, her father sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) due to a car accident. This accident turned her family\u2019s lives upside down. The father she once knew, was gone in an instant. After witnessing her father\u2019s road to recovery, she knew she wanted to spend her life working with these survivors and their families, dreaming of the day when she could make a real difference in their lives.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Standard\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">After receiving her degree from Marshall University, Lesli found herself working as a Brain Injury Case Manager. Although she loved her job and the families she worked with, she felt something was missing.
